Our BRC & RSPO certified Chocolate & Chocolate Compound plants in Auckland are able to offer the following capabilities for all your chocolate requirements.

  • Customer-specific recipes for larger volumes
  • A full range of recipes suitable for Baking, Confectionery, Ice Cream, Coatings and Retails Sectors
  • An extensive range of Dark, Milk White, Yoghurt, Carob, Caramel and coloured chocolate in either chocolate or Compound formulations
  • Multiple deposit sizes including chips, buttons, budlets and slabs
  • Range of pack sizes from retail through to 500kg bulk bags and liquid delivery
  • Panning capabilities for either finished confectionary or as an inclusion in recipes
